After spending a while going through my dyes yesterday morning I decided I needed to buy more. I figured if I could make it to Zart Art and back without feeling sick Iapos;d go to the dyeing day after lunch.
Made it there and back and felt fine, so I had a quick sandwich, packed the Mini and headed off to FTG. Yep, it was being held in a backyard just a few km from my house.
Iapos;m so glad I went, as we had a fantastic time. We ended up with a hills hoist covered in colourful skeins, and had a good natter. And chocolate cake baked by the hostessapos; partner, who was also a great dyeing assistant - keeping us supplied with hot water and watching that pots didnapos;t boil.
I took one of the girls to see my FTG house. She loved it, but while she reckons she could fit four kids in (with the two teens out in a bungalowed garage) I think sheapos;d be better off looking for a bigger place.
